Skootn app for iPhone and iPad

Skootn is simply an online message board where a customer can post a request (a task) for an item or person to be picked up in one location and delivered to another location. Drivers are not vetted as they do not work for Skootn in any capacity. They’re are NOT independent contractors and are NOT employees. It is up to the customer to vett the driver and decide the level of trust they have in a perspective driver. The customer pays a donation of $4.99 to support the Skootn app. It is the customer who sets the price as to how much they are willing to pay the driver for the task. The customer and driver work out all details relative to the timely pick up and delivery of an item or a customer requesting a ride. Skootn is NOT responsible for any loss, theft, damage, etc. Skootn is all about people helping people. For example: If a customer puts a request on the message board needing a ride and a driver responds to the message and picks up the customer and they form a mutual trust and want to help each other again in the future they can exchange phone numbers and contact each other directly without going through the app. The best way for the customer to get his/her task picked up by a driver is to make the offer as attractive as they can. For example: if I offer $10 to have an item picked up from Cock and Bull auction in Bassett, Virginia and someone else offers $20 then the $20 task will be picked up before the $10 task. Ways to use the Skootn app are unlimited. Drivers can use anything from bicycles to Semi’s, planes, trains, automobiles and trucks. The message board sends the task request to the pick up and delivery zip code(Postal Code for our UK and Canadian friends). So a driver in Virginia that’s going to Florida may see a task to be picked up in Virginia, where he/she currently is, and take it to to Florida, or anywhere along the way and drop it off. The possibilities are endless.
